Mediaeval Teambuilding Package 2008

Forget the usual 9-5 office routine. Step back in time, gather your troops and show everyone you really mean business! For one memorable day swap the pen for a sword, juggle balls instead of your diary and enjoy a day of Mediaeval team building at Warwick Castle.

Spend a day in the Castle's stunning grounds under the supervision of fully trained experts.

Delegates will be taught the techniques of both armed and unarmed combat at Medieval Knight School, receive archery instruction, enjoy an exclusive birds of prey show, with the opportunity for some delegates to fly birds themselves, and learn court tricks and circus skills courtesy of the Castle's Mediaeval entertainer.

Included in the package is the chance to explore the Castle by taking part in the Warwick Challenge treasure hunt. To end the day some will even get the chance to help fire the Trebuchet, the world's largest siege machine.

Team Building Challenges

Warwick Castle offers a selection of activities to choose from, ideal as part of a conference or meeting in the Coach House. Packages can be designed to make up a half or whole day including time to explore the Castle.

Working with qualified training professionals the Castle's team building programmes provide a powerful training tool, aiding the formation and development of teams within the workplace. Challenges are designed to meet the aims and objectives of the client but may typically address such issues as communication, innovation, decision making, leadership and delegation.
